Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a UX/UI Co-op to join our team located in Danvers. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design of user interfaces for medical devices and related healthcare technology. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare design elements, style guides, templates and finished solutions for developer handoff.
• Work closely with designers, product and data scientists to define UI interactions and specifications.
• Plan, conduct and present primary and secondary research to inform experience requirements.
• Design user flows, lo-fi, mid-fi and high-fi concepts, prototypes and other design artifacts.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, UX Design or relevant field.
• Experience designing interfaces in Figma or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of usability best practices, accessibility guidelines and current design trends.
• Understanding of qualitative user research methodologies.
• Interest in medical devices and the healthcare industry.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $23.00/hr to $51.50/hr. The exact pay will depend on program year, discipline, degree and experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible for Company-sponsored medical benefits and other benefits as described in the company benefits information.
