Overview

Great Day Improvements, LLC, is looking for a Brand Ambassador (Field Marketer) to represent our home improvement brand, K-Designers. We are seeking professional, driven, and outgoing marketers to establish new client relationships and build brand awareness. The Brand Ambassador will be face-to-face generating new clients at contracted events and residential neighborhoods in the states we operate in. The role includes collecting reviews from customers. The primary responsibility is to generate new opportunities with homeowners interested in purchasing our products and services. This is hourly plus commission with bonuses and travel reimbursements; additional details available from the recruiting/hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Engage in generating highly qualified leads using all forms of field marketing.
• Memorize and recite scripts and statements provided by K-Designers.
• Introduce K-Designers offers to potential and existing customers and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Collect information such as contact details, availability, and signatures from homeowners.
• Answer questions and address objections using provided rebuttals to maximize leads.
• Transport self to assigned events or territory and work independently while representing K-Designers professionally.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor new Brand Ambassadors as necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with clean driving record; reliable transportation to transport gear.
• Previous field marketing, canvassing/door-to-door/outside experience is a plus but not required.
• Age 18+; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
