#J-18808-LjbffrMy client are looking for a Head of Marketing who’s ready to be the first marketing hire at a fast-growing AI-driven fintech startup. This is a rare opportunity to build and own marketing from the ground up in a Series A company with strong product-market fit, $10M ARR, and 150 -200% growth this year.
If you love crafting strategy, rolling up your sleeves, and driving measurable demand in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment – this role is for you. Bonus points if you’ve got experience in the AI or fintech space.
What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across brand, content, digital, and product marketing.
- Build and optimize the marketing funnel to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Own positioning and messaging, translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Partner with sales and customer success on collateral, case studies, and campaigns to accelerate the buyer journey.
- Launch and manage demand generation campaigns (paid, organic, events, outbound).
- Lead content strategy and execution (blog posts, newsletters, webinars, customer stories).
- Track, report, and optimize key marketing metrics with a KPI of qualified pipeline.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, especially content creation and strategy.
- Proven background in building and executing campaigns end-to-end.
- Comfortable defining and scaling marketing in a startup environment.
- Strong track record of driving awareness and pipeline in B2B SaaS.
- Bonus: AI/fintech domain expertise.

- Salary: $165K–$225K + 0.10–0.30% equity
