What You\'ll Do To support the growth and development of BCG\'s business marketing capabilities, we are looking for a Global Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager to join our team. You will play a critical part in supporting strategic alliances marketing engagements. You will work as part of the Global Practices Marketing, BCG X Marketing, and Global Alliances teams to design and drive joint alliance marketing programs, build awareness of alliance capabilities and value propositions, and plan and execute our event portfolio with strategic technology and services partners. You will help define and integrate a cross-firm marketing strategy, build plans, and execute campaigns across digital marketing, events, social media, case studies, thought leadership, and internal and external communications. We seek a candidate with executive-level content development, communication, analytics, project management, and organizational skills, with deep experience in BCG\'s global and virtual matrixed environment. You’re Good At We expect a consultative approach with deep experience in developing marketing plans while managing day-to-day support of business and go-to-market priorities. You should work well in a collaborative yet dynamic environment, interfacing with external alliance partner counterparts, and be a committed agent of change. An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to test, learn, and adapt to unlock potential in projects, programs, and people are valuable daily traits. Content & Messaging: Guide alliance teams on value-maximizing messaging to solve clients\' expanding needs, focusing on transformation at scale. Define messaging supporting work streams (e.g., Analyst Relations, Public Relations, digital leadership) and provide direction as needed. Coordinate with internal and external colleagues to keep materials up to date and capture cross-portfolio learnings. Joint development of leading case studies and thought leadership to showcase alliance success and benefits. Events and SATT: Support planning and development of alliance presence in BCG\'s events portfolio, including evaluation of priority events, contract evaluation, and coordination with the Events Center of Excellence. Activation: Integrate strategic alliances into BCG\'s larger events portfolio. Amplification: Create and execute integrated campaigns that position BCG as a leader in digital and technology consulting. Relationship Management: Build relationships with BCG leaders, alliance account teams, marketing teams, and external partners to plan and execute partnerships. Strategic Planning & Coordination: Ensure timely communication and coordination of alliance marketing plans, activities, and campaign results to stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience
6-8 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred Excellent conceptual skills and ability to package complex materials Proven marketing or consulting experience with leading technology service providers, consulting firms, software, hardware, or cloud solutions across geographies and market segments Strong network of relationships in major technology companies is a plus Previous partner marketing, partner management, or B2B marketing experience at a consulting firm or tech provider is a plus Strong analytical skills and business insights Leadership and complex program management abilities; ability to align team members with recommendations Clear, concise content development, written and oral presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills and empathy Results-driven, able to perform under pressure, adept at managing expectations Comfortable working in a virtual, distributed team across time zones and cultures Fluent in English Who You\'ll Work With You will work as part of the Global Practices and BCG X Marketing teams, led by the Global Alliances Marketing & BCG X Marketing Senior Director and supported by BCG\'s Chief Marketing Officer. You will collaborate with the Global Alliances team, ONE Marketing & Communications, and other PA Marketing and leadership teams to bring our go-to-market plan to life. Additional Info For US locations only. Compensation transparency applies in the US. Total compensation includes base salary, discretionary bonus, retirement contribution, and benefits. The base salary range starts at $102,000 and goes up to $127,000 (specific location-based range shared during hiring). Bonus up to 16%; retirement contributions start at 5% and move to 10% after 2 years.
