Our brand is in 10,000+ stores globally, on track for 15,000+ by year’s end. We need a Content + Events Manager to amplify our story through live and digital experiences.

Role Overview

You will blend event strategy with content creation to design, execute, and document on-site experiences that resonate with our audience. From pop-up cafés to trade-show activations, you’ll develop content plans, capture compelling assets, and oversee post-event storytelling across channels.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop a cohesive events content calendar aligned to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments
  • Define asset requirements (photo, video, blog, social) for each event, and brief internal teams or external agencies

Event Execution & Asset Capture

  • Plan and manage on-site content workflows—scouting locations, coordinating photographers/videographers, and securing necessary permissions
  • Oversee live coverage: Instagram Stories, TikToks, Live Q&A, and real-time content drops

Post-Event Storytelling

  • Edit and package event footage into high-impact videos, carousel posts, blog recaps, and email newsletter features
  • Collaborate with the Social Media and PR teams to distribute content, monitor engagement, and report on reach

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand, Design, and Product teams to ensure all content aligns with creative guidelines and messaging
  • Work closely with Events & Partnerships leads to integrate content objectives into overall event strategy

Metrics & Optimization

  • Track content performance (views, engagement, conversions) and derive insights to refine future event coverage
  • Present monthly reports on content ROI to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 2+ years managing content creation at live or virtual events, ideally in food & beverage, wellness, or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong portfolio of event-driven content: videos, social posts, blogs, or multimedia presentations
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple shoots and deadlines
  • Proficiency in basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Lightroom)
  • Exceptional communication skills—comfortable briefing talent and agencies, and presenting to stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach and keen attention to detail
  • Passion for health, wellness trends, and experiential storytelling
