Creative Strategist, Influencer Marketing
Small Girls PR is growing and we are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our influencer marketing team, primarily with household-name beauty brands. This role can be based in either our NYC or LA office, with a hybrid schedule of two days in the office per week.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Support the digital team in day-to-day execution and organization of paid and earned influencer partnerships and lead day-to-day client communications.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to the client in partnership with junior staff (e.g., activity reports, client agendas, meeting schedules).
- Support team-wide project management by creating and managing timelines, reporting daily action items, and organizing team materials for efficiency.
- Execute paid and earned influencer campaigns: conduct research and influencer audits, identify influencers, manage dashboards, conduct outreach, negotiate rates and deliverables within budget, track and report placements.
- Conduct social listening to identify reactive opportunities, develop recommendations, and obtain client approvals to execute.
- Manage the account payables process, including receiving influencer invoices and ensuring payments.
- Participate in client calls and communications, including influencer recommendations, campaign updates, and approvals.
- Establish and manage relationships with influencers, agents, and vendors to build and diversify your network.
- Exercise sound judgment in budgeting and spend to meet client KPIs, deliverables, and deadlines, while developing high-impact campaigns.
- Bring new, creative concepts to the agency’s and client’s brainstorms for assigned accounts and cross-team support.
- Mentor and oversee junior staff on execution of work.

- Experience: Minimum of 2–3+ years of relevant influencer marketing experience (agency or in-house), including contract negotiation, campaign management, and a strong influencer/agency network.
