The core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned business units
• Development and maintenance of operational business plans, including labor hours, production costs, cycle times, and program requirements
• Contributing to business strategy development and supporting R&D initiatives for new and emerging products/services
• Analyzing and preparing financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Establishing and maintaining quality control standards, cost controls, and delivery timelines in line with customer requirements
• Supporting the development of comprehensive process plans: personnel, materials, subcontractors, tooling, facilities, and equipment
• Ensuring achievement of all cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Reviewing operational reports and leading the resolution of issues to minimize costs and avoid delays
• Performing key administrative tasks to support efficient operations, including compiling and analyzing production data
• Defining team responsibilities and aligning organizational structure to meet business objectives
• Leading, training, and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements across assigned teams
