Job Description

Our client, a luxury fashion house, is seeking a permanent Fashion Advisor to join their team in Chicago. The ideal candidate has a passion for client services and expertise in fashion. This role will provide the highest standard of customer service while driving business and inspiring brand loyalty. Candidates must be able to work a 40-hour per week retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Welcome and greet customers with elevated service, creating excitement around the product and brand
• Build authentic relationships with clients through consistent outreach and warm, professional service
• Maintain consistent follow-up, providing updates on repairs or alterations
• Perform additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Retail-focused role
• Luxury experience strongly preferred, particularly in watches, jewelry, or leather goods
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
