Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is hiring: Fashion Advisor in Town of Florida

Our client, a luxury fashion house, is seeking a permanent Fashion Advisor to join their team in Palm Beach. The ideal candidate has a passion for client services and expertise in fashion, providing the highest standard of customer service while driving business and inspiring brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and greet customers with elevated service, creating excitement around the product and brand
• Build authentic relationships with clients through consistent outreach and warm, professional service
• Maintain consistent follow-up, providing updates on repairs or alterations
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Retail-focused roles
• Luxury experience strongly preferred, especially in watches, jewelry, or leather goods
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the duration of a shift

The salary range for this position is $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr.
