About the role

We are looking for a Fashion Advisor with a passion for client service and an expertise in fashion. The Advisor will provide a superior level of service to clients, increase client conversion and retention, drive business revenue, and inspire brand loyalty. The Advisor will work alongside a diverse sales team and report to the Boutique’s leadership.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

Position Logistics

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service delivery

Compensation

  • The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.70 through $31.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
