Full Time / Direct Hire

The Hired Guns are seeking a Programmatic Media Planner with strong interests in digital media and life sciences or healthcare brands and a desire to super-charge their skills to join a dynamic, creative, collaborative media agency with an unbeatable corporate culture.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and activate cross-channel campaigns from ideation to launch to ongoing optimizations and insights.
  • Create and maintain audience-based media plans across channels, including display, native, video, CTV and DOOH.
  • Collaborate with technical specialties such as paid search, paid social and analytics.
  • Monitor campaign performance; provide projections and reporting to management.
  • Oversee operations, resolve technical issues, and stay abreast of industry developments.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Several years of media planning experience, including at least a year in a programmatic role.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical accounts preferred; or retail accounts as a suitable substitute.
  • Familiarity with client services and ad ops; strong skills with ad servers or DSPs (Google Campaign Manager, MediaMath, DV360, YouTube, The Trade Desk, Amazon Advertising).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; experience with media math and media plans.
  • Proficiency with Office and Google Suite applications, especially Excel (data-management formulas, pivot tables, charts, and template building).
