Berry Divine Açaí Bowls is seeking a motivated, energetic Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team!

Providing the best açaí bowls and smoothies in Arizona, Berry Divine currently operates eight locations with a fun, lively atmosphere dedicated to delivering exceptional quality products and outstanding customer service.

We are an Arizona-based, multi-location QSR serving award-winning, delicious açaí bowls to a passionate and loyal fan base. Açaí bowls and healthy superfoods represent one of the fastest-growing food service categories in the nation, with menu selections that fit every part of the day — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack time.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced, creative, and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to help us elevate our brand presence, engage our community, and grow our digital reach.

About the Role

Successful candidates will curate and develop marketing content across partner social media channels, help manage social media tracking, data capture, and execution, as well as plan and prioritize strategies that follow viral trends, drive traffic, and strengthen brand development. You’ll also design and run campaigns that highlight our products and community.

Responsibilities

• Curate and develop engaging marketing content across partner social media channels.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute strategies that drive traffic, highlight viral trends, and strengthen brand development.
• Design and implement social media campaigns to boost engagement and brand visibility.

In-Store Experience

• Participate in a brief in-store training to gain familiarity with our brand, products, presentation, and customer needs.
• Apply this knowledge to ensure consistent product imagery and messaging across platforms.

Social Media Management

• Capture creative and high-quality food photography (with a focus on açaí bowls).
• Build and maintain a monthly social media calendar.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule with multiple posts per week across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Meta paid advertising.
• Stay current with industry trends to create relevant and engaging content.
• Coordinate giveaways to increase engagement and followers.

Promotions & Campaigns

• Initiate, develop, and collaborate on promotions, campaigns, and local events.
• Support self-promotion initiatives by leveraging charitable or community-based partnerships.

Email Marketing

• Build and maintain an email database of event and community contacts.
• Manage and execute MailChimp campaigns with timely, relevant content.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, food, and social media.
• Strong photography and content creation skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow a content calendar.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and tools.
• Familiarity with MailChimp (or similar platforms) is a plus.
