We are seeking a motivated and talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in advancing our marketing initiatives by supporting our dynamic team of commercial real estate agents with both graphic design and administrative tasks.
The Marketing Specialist provides assistance to commercial real estate brokers on a graphic design and administrative level. In addition to administrative tasks, this candidate will support the department by designing marketing materials as well as assisting agents with documents related to the listing process. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to approach tasks from different perspectives.

The Marketing Specialist provides assistance to commercial real estate brokers on a graphic design and administrative level. In addition to administrative tasks, this candidate will support the department by designing marketing materials as well as assisting agents with documents related to the listing process. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to approach tasks from different perspectives.
- Create marketing packages, presentations, lease exhibits, maps, and other visual materials using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Assist with drafting and revising lease agreements, proposals, leasing reports, and related documents.
- Edit photographs using Adobe Photoshop.
- List, update, and maintain property listings on online platforms such as LoopNet, CoStar, ReThink, and Crexi.
- Update and manage listing folders including listing agreements and extensions.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial.
- Adhere to all brand standards in both print and electronic materials.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
- Accurate typing skills.
- Strong creativity and organization skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Corporate administrative support experience.
- General office experience (copiers, scanners, phones, office environment).
- Experience in real estate, property management, or maintenance preferred.
- Willingness to adapt and consider alternative approaches.
