ENTRY LEVEL OUTSIDE SALES/MARKETING — $55,000+ first year with full benefits and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Transportation is provided to local and surrounding areas. Paid training (classroom and in the field).

Responsibilities

• Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor and driving brand awareness through face-to-face marketing.
• Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration.
• Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships.
• Schedule inspections with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face marketing experience (preferred).
• Industry and product knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Confident, competitive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Results-oriented professional who wants to grow in the industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate paid weekly with a tiered bonus structure (paid weekly).
• Sign-On Bonus up to $2,000.
• Referral bonus up to $1,600.

• Great hours: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.
