Join us as a Field Marketer with Champion Windows. This entry‑level outside sales/marketing role offers a competitive first‑year salary of $55,000+ plus full benefits, a $2,000 sign‑on bonus, and weekly hourly rates with a tiered bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule hurricane‑resistant window and door replacement appointments as well as roofing appointments with homeowners.
• Generate pre‑qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor, driving brand awareness through face‑to‑face marketing.
• Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration.
• Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships.
• Schedule inspections with homeowners.
• Transport to local and surrounding areas (transportation provided).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Face‑to‑face marketing experience (preferred).
• Industry and product knowledge (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Confident, competitive, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Results‑oriented and eager to grow in the industry.
• No prior experience required; paid training (classroom and in‑field) provided.
