Champion Windows – Field Marketer

Entry Level Outside Field Marketing Representative – schedule hurricane‑resistant window and door replacements, roofing appointments with homeowners. No experience necessary. Paid training (classroom and in field). Career advancement in the first 90 days. Paid weekly compensation with hourly rate, tiered bonus structure, sign‑on bonus up to $2,000, referral bonus up to $1,600.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule inspections with homeowners.
• Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration.
• Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships.
• Generate pre‑qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness through face‑to‑face marketing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Confident, competitive, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Results‑oriented professional who has a track record of success and wants to grow in the industry.
• Face‑to‑face marketing experience (preferred).
• Industry and product knowledge (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
