Scope:

Seeking a highly motivated Community Manager to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction of our property. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a customer-first approach to ensure the success of both the community and team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, resident relations, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
  • Maximize occupancy, minimize delinquency, and maintain curb appeal to protect and grow community value.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with community standards, safety, and quality.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff including Assistant Managers and Maintenance Technicians; provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
  • Oversee and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead marketing and sales efforts, including advertising, social media campaigns, promotions, and follow-up on leads.
  • Manage home inventory, inspections, title, utilities, and all related sales processes.
  • Enforce community rules, policies, and vendor compliance to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to delegate and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, financial management, and operational analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property/rent management software preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local housing laws; strong compliance mindset.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
