To continue building our brand presence and strengthen our digital capabilities, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Design & Digital Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time role is key to creating engaging visual content and managing our digital channels, ensuring a strong and consistent brand identity across platforms.


You’ll play a central part in designing and delivering impactful assets for our marketing, e-commerce, and social media activities, while collaborating closely with multiple departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and produce visual assets for digital channels including website, e-commerce, email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintaining the US social media accounts including updating product information, managing posts, and monitoring engagement. Engage with followers, respond to customer inquiries and help foster a sense of community around the brand.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables are aligned with the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to design assets that support product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Manage digital design projects from concept to execution, including briefing, timelines, and final delivery.
  • Content creation for social media (static and motion graphics, reels, stories, etc.).
  • Monitor design trends, digital best practices, and competitor activities in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Optimize digital assets for performance, accessibility, and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital design, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital campaigns, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media formats, and e-commerce design.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
