As VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll report directly to the owner and serve as a key strategic leader driving growth, brand direction, market expansion, and customer experience. You’ll also oversee the Customer Service team, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set and execute sales and marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and mentor teams across sales, marketing, and customer service
- Drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Oversee branding, communications, and product positioning
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with operations and product teams
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics across departments
- Represent the company at industry events and with key accounts
- Participate in executive-level strategic planning
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in senior sales/marketing leadership in manufacturing or industrial B2B
- Experience managing customer service teams or functions
- Proven track record of driving growth and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
