Event Planner Miami, FL | $27–$33/hr | Contract A leading global financial services firm is seeking an Event Planner to join its Southeast Events team. This role will support the creation and execution of high-touch client events, ensuring every detail aligns with brand standards and delivers a premium experience. What You’ll Do: Plan and manage client events across Miami and the Southeast region Oversee budgets, vendor negotiations, invoices, and event materials Manage event communications (invites, reminders, follow-ups) Track RSVPs, analyze ROI, and manage data in event platforms Stay current on Miami/Southeast venues and trends Partner with senior leadership and regional teams for updates What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of event management experience (financial services a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint (SharePoint/Stova/CRM a plus) Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and occasional travel Confident engaging with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders Bring your event expertise to a global leader in financial services and help deliver exceptional client experiences.
