Responsibilities

• Lead daily property operations and drive occupancy goals.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting.
• Oversee and support office staff and maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with housing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to oversee leasing, marketing, resident relations, and collections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus.
• Passion for delivering outstanding resident service.
