Job Description

Tasks:

• Own our short-form video strategy—ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, posting
• Work with the team (and ChatGPT for copy when needed) to keep the message sharp
• Experiment like crazy—different formats, hooks, and tones to see what works
• Turn boring “finance talk” into stuff people actually enjoy watching
• Help build the voice of Maash in a way that’s authentic, fun, and zero-BS

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Lives on TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube Shorts—you know what works and what doesn’t
• Is fast. You can ideate, shoot, edit, and publish without overthinking
• Has the instincts of a meme creator, the skills of a video editor, and the brain of a storyteller
• Can make complex stuff simple (if you can’t explain it in under a minute, you hate it)
• Has a portfolio or can send us a couple of videos you’ve made on your phone that prove you get it
