Job Description Tasks: Own our short-form video strategy—ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, posting Work with the team (and ChatGPT for copy when needed) to keep the message sharp Experiment like crazy—different formats, hooks, and tones to see what works Turn boring “finance talk” into stuff people actually enjoy watching Help build the voice of Maash in a way that’s authentic, fun, and zero-BS Requirements We’re looking for someone who: Lives on TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube Shorts—you know what works and what doesn’t Is fast. You can ideate, shoot, edit, and publish without overthinking Has the instincts of a meme creator, the skills of a video editor, and the brain of a storyteller Can make complex stuff simple (if you can’t explain it in under a minute, you hate it) Has a portfolio or can send us a couple of videos you’ve made on your phone that prove you get it Because the financial system is broken, and we’re not here to patch it—we’re here to rebuild it.
