Job Description

ECS is seeking a Web Designer to work in our Quantico, VA office.

Responsible for designing and building SharePoint (Microsoft 365) sites using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques and tools. Designs and develops user interfaces, site animation, and special effects elements. Designs the SharePoint site to support the organization’s strategies and goals relative to the government’s requirements. Analyzes customer needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within designated timeframe. Conducts customer testing of newly designed software sites for proper functionality. Develop software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Requires knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy principles, computer networking concepts, protocols, network security methodologies, risk management framework, software related information technology security principles and methods. Skilled in conducting software debugging. Knowledge of the capabilities and functionality associated with content creation technologies (wikis, social networking, content management systems, blogs). Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with others.

Required Skills

• MS/MA in Computer Science with concentration in web development and 10 years of experience, or BA/BS in Computer Science with concentration in web development and 12 years of experience.
• Closed completed T5 (SSBI, SBPR, PPR) investigation with eligibility to Top Secret.
• Must have one of the following security certificates: SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, Cloud+, FITSP-O, GFACT, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP
• Must have one of the following role based certificates: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, AI Engineer Associate (365), Power Platform App Maker Associate, Power Automate RPA Developer Associate, Teams Application Developer , Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
