Web Producer Job at RedCloud Consulting in Redmond

Overview

We are seeking a Web Producer to support web content management, publishing, and feature development. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams (including engineering, editorial, and research) to ensure high-quality digital experiences and efficient publishing workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in content production, and comfortable balancing both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs, implement refinements to publishing tools, and help define and plan new site features.
• Partner with site managers to oversee web publishing activities, including building new pages, updating content, and conducting content audits and cleanup projects.
• Collaborate with editorial teams on content design work, ensuring effective use of page controls and components.
• Support research and subject-matter experts in publishing their work, providing guidance or direct assistance based on their level of involvement.
• Work with editors to define and deliver periodic analytics reports on site performance, aligned with key metrics and objectives.
• Contribute to the development of publishing workflows and governance models across multiple web systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong digital content production skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Solid content design sensibility and hands-on experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with web analytics and reporting; ability to use data to understand engagement and inform decision-making.
• Ability to create clear specifications that lead to effective new site features.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or similar content management platforms.
• Experience managing large datasets and governance models.
• Background in driving efficiency and process automation.

Compensation

Compensation range for position is $99,000 – 110,000 DOE.
