RedCloud Consulting is hiring: Customer Evidence Executive Producer in Redmond

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Executive Producer to lead the development of compelling customer stories across multiple formats. This role requires a strong background in both written and visual storytelling, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact content. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent production management skills and experience creating B2B content that drives engagement and supports sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and production of customer stories in multiple formats, including video, written case studies, events, websites, blogs, and social media.
• Partner with creative producers, copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to align storytelling with business goals.
• Engage directly with customers to understand use cases, industry trends, and success stories to inform content development.
• Manage content production processes, including risk management, scheduling, and expectation setting to ensure timely delivery.
• Leverage data and insights to refine best practices and optimize the impact of customer stories.
• Produce B2B content that supports demand generation, brand positioning, and sales enablement.
• Translate customer and buyer insights into compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Explore and implement automation and interactive tools to streamline project, production, and business management workflows.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Proven experience as an Executive Producer, Content Producer, or similar role in marketing, media, or creative production.
• Strong portfolio of customer storytelling work across digital, event, and multimedia formats.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
• Experience producing B2B content, ideally within the technology or software sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply data and insights to content strategy.
• Familiarity with automation tools or innovative production management solutions is a plus.

Compensation range for position is $121,000 – 135,000 DOE.
