As a Demand Writer, you will play a vital role in advocating for our clients by preparing persuasive demand packages and supporting our attorneys in case development. You will be responsible for analyzing medical records, communicating with clients, and crafting compelling narratives that help maximize case value.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear, well-structured demand letters to insurance carriers and opposing parties.
• Request, track, and obtain updated medical records and billing statements.
• Review and analyze medical records to identify key facts, treatment details, and case strengths.
• Communicate with clients to gather case updates, clarify details, and provide timely information.
• Identify and document consequential damages such as lost wages, out-of-pocket expenses, and future care needs.
• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure all demands are accurate, complete, and strategically presented.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve case goals.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with Abacus Law software is a plus.
