• Use the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments and logistics.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects; potential to reach up to $40/hour with same-student continuity.
