UnitedHealth Group is looking for a Special Events Producer to support the growing demand for high-quality, cost-effective live event productions. This role would be part of UnitedHealth Group's internal video production team - Tilt Studios. They would help manage multiple productions by coordinating schedules, scripts, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless event execution.

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a talented Special Events Producer to join our in-house video production team, Tilt Studios. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering innovative, high-quality live event experiences that engage audiences and drive our brand message.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of live and virtual events, including corporate meetings, town halls, product launches, and executive presentations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop event concepts, agendas, and scripts that align with strategic objectives and brand standards
- Coordinate event logistics, technical requirements, vendor management, staffing, and on-site production
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure events are delivered on time and within scope
- Lead pre-production meetings, site visits, and rehearsals to anticipate and resolve potential challenges
- Work closely with video, lighting, audio, and staging teams to integrate creative elements and technical solutions for broadcast-quality results
- Support client and executive presenters throughout the event lifecycle, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed
- Measure event success through post-event evaluations and analytics, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience producing live, virtual, or hybrid events in a corporate or agency setting
- Proven solid organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proven excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor relations
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with event production equipment, video and streaming platforms, and broadcast technologies
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required by event schedules
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment.
