Role Overview TechEquity Ai is looking for a UI/UX Designer to enhance the usability and visual appeal of our digital platforms. This role will focus on creating engaging, accessible, and responsive designs that improve user interaction and overall experience. The designer will work closely with the Senior UI/UX Designer within the marketing team to develop and maintain the organization’s websites, ensuring seamless functionality and consistency. Additionally, this role will support UI/UX design for digital event experiences, including the Ai Summit and Ai Workshop, ensuring intuitive interfaces and user-friendly navigation on the official TechEquity AI website. Key Responsibilities User Interface & Experience Design : Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for the official website, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. User Research & Testing : Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and use data-driven insights to refine designs and improve accessibility. Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Senior UI/UX Designer, developers, and marketing team to ensure alignment of design concepts with brand strategy and user needs. Event Digital Support : Design and maintain digital assets for Ai Summit and Ai Workshop, ensuring an optimal online experience for participants and improving interactive event features. Interactive Floorplan Development : Create interactive, digital event floor plans that enhance navigation and engagement for attendees. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, or related fields. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in web accessibility. Experience conducting user research and translating insights into improved design solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Familiarity with AI, technology, or nonprofit sectors is a plus. Preferred Skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt designs based on user feedback. Passion for designing inclusive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences.
