Within the Retail Brand Experience team, there is an opportunity to design and deliver Target's in store experience to position us as America's favorite discovery destination. As an RBX Strategy & Design Associate, you will support holistic in-store presentations for division cycle work. You will implement cyclical presentations and division initiatives based on cycle brief and concepts while maintaining RBX strategy and brand presentation standards. You will prepare for leader alignment by supporting physical and digital build-outs to ensure that all product and signage are accounted for and set. You will translate the most common layout to all versions in order to scale successfully. You will support signage needs inclusive of price sign details and photo production needs, including sample coordination. You may also be asked to support division-specific projects that occur off-cycle.
You will partner with your presentation CFT to ensure successful delivery of your work. You will create & maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and leaders. About you:
- Four-year degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years relevant retail, visual merchandising and/or marketing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage relationships with team and key business partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Smartsheet
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
