The Notre Dame Alumni Association seeks a mission-driven, detail-oriented, and creative individual to help bring this vital work to life through high-quality digital audio content as an Audio Coordinator for FaithND. This role supports the spiritual growth of our global community.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily Audio Production and Volunteer Management: overseeing the full production lifecycle of the daily audio reflection, managing volunteer voice actors, and ensuring high-quality recordings.
• Marketing and Program Support: contributing to the visibility and expansion of FaithND's reach through content marketing and program planning.
• Digital Asset Management and Data Analysis: supporting the team's digital infrastructure and continuous improvement through training, data collection, and analysis.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong project management and editing abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Demonstrated success in managing online communities

Preferred qualifications include professional audio production experience.

This is a temporary position with an expected schedule of 20 hours per week, offering flexible hybrid work arrangements, with a salary of up to $25 an hour. Application deadline: October 16, 2025.
