We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead and elevate the global creative vision for a leading skincare brand. This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving innovative, consumer-centric creative across digital, in-store, and packaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and champion the global creative vision, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
• Lead creation of impactful digital assets including campaign videos, social content, and e-commerce visuals.
• Oversee content production for global launches, campaigns, and retail activations.
• Manage photo and video shoots with a strong aesthetic sense.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor a global creative team.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in creative leadership or brand storytelling (beauty/skincare experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with video editing and post-production.
• Proven track record of breakthrough creative ideas and commercial impact.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
