Key Responsibilities:
• Translate insights into scalable campaign concepts across all channels and touchpoints.
• Lead the ideation and production of creative assets-video, paid social, banners, CRM, and landing pages-aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with marketing partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality creative that upholds brand standards.
• Provide thoughtful critique and guidance to designers with strong attention to detail.
• Elevate and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring all deliverables meet top-tier creative standards.
• Shape the visual direction across platforms and campaigns.
• Balance compelling brand storytelling with performance-driven objectives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture by sharing ideas, giving constructive feedback, and supporting team development.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of creative leadership experience, ideally within consumer tech, digital media, or advertising.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Portfolio showcasing strong aesthetic judgment, compelling visual storytelling, and multi-channel campaign work, including video and upper-funnel initiatives.
• Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing and the ability to develop narratives that resonate with broad audiences.
• Proven experience guiding cross-functional teams and overseeing external agency partners.
• Proficiency with leading design and collaboration tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Data-informed approach with the ability to translate insights into effective creative direction.
