About The Role: We're hiring a part-time studio photographer who brings energy, confidence, and heart to the table. You must be a people-person to your core, ready to direct with clarity, engage children with joy, and capture connection that lasts for generations. We provide full training in our signature style, but we need your natural presence and passion to bring it to life.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Representing our luxury brand with confidence and polish
• Directing each session with poise, clients rely on your vision and leadership
• Building instant rapport with families (yes, even the wild toddlers!)
• Engaging children and pets to bring out their best expressions
• Creating technically beautiful images in our classic style (training provided)
• Downloading and culling images using MacOS systems
• Being a collaborative, accountable teammate who uplifts the studio culture

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-Time: 3 Days/Week - Must be available on Saturdays
• Starting at $20/hr
• Must be available to work in-studio in Benton, AR
