Join Target as a Visual Merch + Signage Collateral Associate (RBX). The pay range for this role is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00.

As a Visual Merch + Signage Collerral Associate, you will support holistic in-store presentations for division cycle work. You will implement cyclical presentations and division initiatives based on cycle brief and concepts while maintaining RBX strategy and brand presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for leader alignment by supporting physical and digital build-outs
• Translate the most common layout to all versions to scale successfully
• Support signage needs inclusive of price sign details and photo production needs

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years relevant retail, visual merchandising and/or marketing experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage relationships with team and key business partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Smartsheet
