The Indiana University School of Public Health-Bloomington (SPH-B) is seeking a part-time writer.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a variety of people, including writers, graphic designers, web team, and faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with a variety of people including writers, graphic designers, web team, and faculty and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Strong writer with experience in a variety of media, including web and print.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing a variety of materials (e.g., news stories, social media, print media)
• Web Content Management System (WCMS) experience
• Salesforce experience

Skills

• Proficient communication skills
• Willingness to work independently
• Confidence to ask for clarification and guidance when needed
• Strong familiarity of both AP style and IU editorial guidelines
