The ideal candidate will significantly contribute to creating intuitive, efficient, and innovative services, ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple platforms and touchpoints. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, conceptualize service solutions, and deliver actionable design outputs that enhance our service offerings. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lead user research activities to gather insights and identify user needs. Develop and iterate service blueprints and user journey maps to address complex service design challenges. Create high-fidelity prototypes to visualize service concepts for stakeholder review. Implement effective service design strategies to enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes. Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to align on design directions and priorities. Must Have Skills: Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools. Strong experience in user research methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Industry Experience: Prior experience in digital service design, preferably in a tech or consultancy environment, is highly advantageous.
