- The UX Design Lead will champion a human-centered product vision and lead the execution of design efforts across product teams.
- This role will guide cross-functional teams in creating best-in-class enterprise experiences through iterative research, strategic UX design, and close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Set the strategic product direction aligned with business goals and platform strategy.
- Lead the transition of the platform into an integrated system with predictive analytics and user experience orchestration.
- Identify, prioritize, plan, and conduct iterative design research to inform product backlog and UX decisions.
- Define and deliver detailed designs for user stories, influencing product prioritization and acceptance criteria.
- Lead design operations, including maintaining design systems and collaborative resources.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and data science teams to ensure effective implementation of product designs.
- Facilitate discussions across PODs to drive design consistency and best practices.
- dvocate for user needs and UX best practices in sprint demos and stakeholder interactions.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility and UX standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in leading design within cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience leading design teams.
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, with proven Figma expertise.
- Experience using collaboration and documentation tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, and MO365.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to drive innovation and deliver effective UX solutions. (Portfolio access/passwords should be provided upon request.)
- Experience designing enterprise products.
- Experience in software design and development.
- Background in finance, media, or entertainment domains.
- Expertise in agile design and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and UX research best practices.

- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Visual representation of data and ability to translate insights into design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Office 365.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in UX design or related field.
