Location: Remote to Puerto Rico

Key Responsibilities

• Works as a technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks. Contributes to design for specific deliverables and assists in the development of technical solutions.
• Participate as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers. Understands DXC strategy and the role that the individual plays.
• Uses knowledge tools and reuses information for the benefit of projects, and of professional development.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience Required: 6+ years of technical experience SAP ABAP development and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.
• A Computer or Industrial Engineer Bachelor or equivalent Degree
• ABAP Programming and software development knowledge (Reports, ALV, Function Modules, Classes, ABAP proxy)
• ABAP For HANA experience (Fiori, CDS Views, AMDP’s, Eclipse) – Certification in ABAP development is highly recommended
• HANA DB
• OO Programming
• Debugging and program performance tuning
• Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the implementation of a specific deliverable
• Able to contribute to the design for deliverables
• Ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on individual products
• Understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
• ITIL Process knowledge (a plus) Customer Service experience
• Experience leading projects from technical perspective
• Strong research and troubleshooting skills
• Strong experience with customers in different locations
• Remote to Puerto Rico
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
