Job Description — As a Senior Content Designer at Allstate, you will help create usable, consistent, and accessible user interfaces that delight customers and drive business results. You will be an expert at structuring and organizing content in ways that are intuitive to customers and accurately reflect our products and services. You will craft language to help users understand our products and coverage options, manage their accounts, and recover from loss. You will work across a broad range of customer experiences and touchpoints, including branded websites, web-based product applications, native mobile applications, and email.
Responsibilities Collaborate with UX and Visual designers to create well-documented, high-fidelity prototypes
Apply the content guidelines and standards as outlined in the Allstate Design System and contribute to its evolution.
Design, write, edit, test, and improve language in support of customer task completion, including product and feature descriptions, onboarding, navigation labeling, confirmation/error messaging, and push notifications.
Coordinate with other content designers to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Perform user and secondary research to uncover the language that resonates with customers and drives results.
Present your work in a thoughtful, convincing, and evidence-based manner.
Experience 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00 – 124,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
