Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager located in the San Francisco Bay Area or Indianapolis (for proximity to team meet ups, primarily remote). The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media content & strategies, managing all social media accounts, optimizing social media performance & reporting on metrics. Primarily, your role will be to innovate PawCo's social media accounts to significantly increase engagement (views, comments, shares, profile visits, etc.). Who You Are You dream about a job where your role is to be logged into social media accounts for 8 hours per day. You're a self starter who doesn't need permission to create, post & comment. You're creative & passionate about how to integrate a brand into trendy conversations & topics without being cringe. Your worst nightmare is posting a boring video, story or comment. You think most brands have weak social media & are dying for an attempt to prove how a company should be using social media in 2025. You're not afraid to admit when a strategy doesn't work and ready to launch a new experiment.
