Security Clearance: None/Not Required Position Description: This position fills the need for a Technical Program Manager to oversee the execution of a major contract, leading a team of several engineers delivering visual products for flight simulators on a key US military aircraft. The ideal candidate will have strong team leadership skills and outstanding communication skills, both oral and written. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience. Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Experience as a Project Engineer or Technical Program Manager, ideally overseeing a large program. Outstanding leadership, organization, and presentation skills. Strong conceptual, planning, and problem-solving skills and a robust technical background. Experience as a Control Account Manager or other experience managing project schedules and budgets. Experience with requirements management, ideally on a platform like JAMA or DOORs. Ability to travel 25% of the time or more. Qualifications We Prefer: Knowledge of core concepts of simulator visual systems, such as display systems or image generators. Active Security Clearance, or active within last 24 months. An advanced degree in a relevant field.
