$60,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential community in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
  • Oversee budgeting and financial reporting
  • Supervise on-site staff and vendors

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with LITCH property management software
  • Proficiency in Yardi accounting software
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
