Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential community in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
- Oversee budgeting and financial reporting
- Supervise on-site staff and vendors
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with LITCH property management software
- Proficiency in Yardi accounting software
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
