Talent Matchmaker for Growing Businesses - I help Business Leaders Hire the Right People to Fuel Growth
Our client is a Dallas-based leader in the coworking industry, creating vibrant, upscale office communities where small businesses, entrepreneurs, and growing teams thrive. They are expanding quickly and looking for a driven, competitive, and outgoing Community Manager to lead the charge in North Richland Hills.
This isn’t just a desk job. This role is all about sales, networking, and building a thriving business hub. As the Community Manager, you are the face and voice of the building, the connector who fills the space with the right people, keeps energy high, and builds a buzzing community. Your mission: lease every suite, keep occupancy full, and make this location the place where local business owners want to work and network.
Responsibilities
- Sell, sell, sell: Lease office suites and achieve full occupancy by touring, pitching, and closing new members.
- Prospect like a pro: Cold call, follow up with leads, and get involved in the community to drive awareness and traffic.
- Be the face of the space: Greet every visitor and member with warmth and energy, making a great first impression.
- Market creatively: Get the word out through networking, local events, and social media promotion
- Build connections: Facilitate introductions between members and create opportunities for collaboration.
- Host events: Plan and promote community gatherings to keep energy high and members engaged
- Own the numbers: Track tours, conversions, and occupancy in HubSpot; stay on top of invoicing, collections, and reporting.
- Keep things running smoothly: Manage leases, vacate notices, and move-outs to deliver a seamless member experience.
What success looks like
- Your location is buzzing with activity — occupancy levels consistently meet or exceed budget goals.
- Members rave about their experience, leading to high retention and referrals.
- You’re known as a connector in the community, always bringing in new opportunities and building the brand.
Qualifications
- Sales mindset: 2+ years in sales, real estate, hospitality, or retail where you crushed goals
- Competitive drive: You’re motivated by targets, numbers, and seeing results
- Networking pro: You love meeting people and getting involved in the local business scene
- Excellent communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Multi-tasker: Able to juggle tours, events, reporting, and member requests without dropping the ball
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using basic computer tools and HubSpot (or eager to learn)
- Hungry for growth and ready to make a real impact by directly contributing to results and building a thriving coworking community
