About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic communications plan to enhance the company's brand identity and increase visibility across key stakeholder audiences. This includes overseeing the execution of various marketing strategies, such as digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing channels. The role also involves creating a cohesive brand strategy, leading the communications and marketing teams, and managing media relations, including crisis communication. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior communications and marketing position, with a proven track record in building and executing effective communication and marketing plans. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, be adept at managing a diverse team, and have a strong understanding of market trends and marketing data analysis. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies is essential, as is the ability to think innovatively and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
