Administers restorative care treatments as determined by the interdisciplinary team. Documents restorative care in EMR and monitors CNA documentation when they provide restorative care to residents. **What you will do*** Maintains appropriate medical records for each patient. Documents restorative care in EMR. Monitors for compliance in documentation of CNA's providing restorative care.* Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.* Performs restortative care programs outlined for each resident as determined by the interdisciplinary team. Provides feedback to team. Utilitzes opportunities to coach staff on restorative care and safety techniques.* Follows universal precautions, proper infection control, sanitation and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.**Qualifications** **Education*** High School Diploma or GED, (Preferred)**Experience*** 1 year Restorative nursing experience (Preferred)**Licenses and Certifications*** Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire(Required)* CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)To learn more about being a team member with Riverside Health System visit us at .If loving your work is important to you, consider a career at Riverside.
