Since 2001, Photogenic creates unique souvenir photography solutions. As the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, the Photogenic team captures moments that last a lifetime in partnership with retail locations, attractions, and destinations across North America.
Role purpose: As a Sales Associate, you’ll provide world-class guest service and create a memorable photo experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
- Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly
- Engage with guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly manner
- Operate POS system and photography equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
- Perform other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who can work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash
Knowledge, Experience & Skill
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
- At least 16 years of age
