The Design Studio Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through the process of selecting options and finishes to create their Dream Home. This role plays a key part in the overall customer experience, ensuring that every design choice aligns with the client’s vision and preferences. The Design Studio Advisor delivers exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with homebuyers and offering expert advice on design elements. By managing the design process from start to finish, the Design Studio Advisor contributes directly to achieving Keystone’s mission of “Building Dreams Together” and ensuring a seamless, personalized journey for each client.

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or a related field.
- Experience with BlueBeam or similar design software is preferred.
- Guide customers through the design studio experience, assisting them in selecting options, finishes, and design elements for their new homes.
- Ensure every client’s preferences are fully understood and integrated into their design selections, ensuring the highest quality and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the design process.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as project managers and sales representatives, to ensure a smooth transition from design to construction.
- Manage customer expectations and timelines, ensuring all design choices are made within the established deadlines.
- Provide expert advice and suggestions to clients based on their style preferences and budget, ensuring a personalized design that aligns with their vision.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design innovations to provide clients with the most current and stylish options.
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive and productive experience.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the construction team, ensuring all design selections are accurately implemented.
- Use design software, such as BlueBeam, to communicate design concepts and selections to clients and internal teams.
