We specialize in providing exceptional in-home care services, and we're seeking a relationship-oriented professional to grow our presence in Salt Lake County. About the Role

As a Marketer/Community Educator, you’ll be the face of Executive Home Care in the community, building connections with healthcare professionals, families, and local organizations. You'll help educate the community on how we support seniors, and you’ll work with a supportive team and a strong set of marketing tools that make your job easier and more effective.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop relationships with referral sources (e.g., hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, physician offices, etc.)

Build and maintain a comprehensive referral database

Make regular visits to referral sources and deliver compelling messaging aligned with our brand

Educate professionals and families through presentations on dementia care, Parkinson’s care, rehabilitation, and more

Schedule and conduct one-on-one and group meetings with key decision-makers

Represent Executive Home Care at trade shows, conferences, and local networking events

Conduct in-home client assessments and help create care plans (training provided)

Input data into our CRM system and track lead activity

Collaborate with internal staff to coordinate care and ensure timely service delivery

Maintain accurate weekly activity reports and meet with leadership to review performance

Qualifications

Required:

LMSW, LBSW, RN, LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or similar background

Exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Strong passion for working with the elderly

Preferred:

Prior experience in healthcare sales or marketing

Familiarity with the senior care industry

Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated personality

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000, plus commission on revenue from referrals generated. This is a high-impact role with excellent income growth potential for the right candidate.
